Collaborative to Advance Funding for Palliative Care (CAFPAC) releases the Palliative Care Grantmaking Snapshot Report

In an effort to secure increased funding for the field of palliative care, The Kornfeld Foundation joined with other leading foundations to form the Collaborative to Advance Funding for Palliative Care (CAFPAC).
