The National Palliative Care Research Center

Curing suffering through palliative care research.

The National Palliative Care Research Center (NPCRC) is pleased to announce that it is now offering two programs to help palliative care investigators with their research

03.21.2014

The Consultancy Program provides early-stage investigators with up to 10hours of  technical assistance for their research in geriatric palliative care. This technical assistance may encompass a range of topics including advanced statistical methods (i.e., propensity score matching, instrumental variable analysis, hierarchical linear modeling), study design (i.e., mixed methods, quasi-experimental designs), and power analyses.

The Grant Review Program provides palliative care investigators the opportunity to have their grant reviewed and scored by an experienced NIH or comparable study section member prior to submission.  The grant review process is anonymous and the applicant will receive detailed reviewer comments following the format of an NIH grant review.
