New Study and State-by-State Report Card on Access to Palliative Care in Our Nation's Hospitals

With palliative care programs emerging as an important new trend in United States hospitals, the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) released its state-by-state "report card". The report, America's Care of Serious Illness: A State-by-State Report Card on Access to Palliative Care in our Nation's Hospitals, is based on a study published in the October 2008 issue of the Journal of Palliative Medicine.
